My first two weeks on Blackrock have been extremely fulfilling to say the least. After posting about my transfer where I mentioned I would be open to play with people, I got a lot of random tells every time I logged on.
I've been playing a variety of comps like kitty cleave (feral druid/paladin/warrior), beastcleave, paladin/rogue/warlock, paladin/hunter/warlock, etc. But the most fun I've run so far has to be paladin/elemental shaman/destruction warlock. Wizard cleave is on… More
World of Ming will make a major announcement later this week, and a big surprise with it!
Last week, Blizzard finally added a round of real tangible buffs to subtlety. With blade flurry no longer a factor for preparation rogues, Blizzard replaced it with smoke bomb. There are nerfs that are blessings in disguise and there are buffs that will end up hurting a class in the end, and I believe this change falls under the latter category. Every time preparation was linked to a super strong ability … More
For those of you familiar with old bens, you may be wondering "who the **** is old bens?" i am here to provide you the answer to these questions. old bens is a wrlock on bg9. he has clocked over 4 years played time and has found comfort playing wow in his old age. now old bens may not be the quickest player on the scene, or the brightest due to his old age and arthritis, but he has the qualities of a rising arena star and by rising i mean.
World of Warcraft, just as with any professional sport, evinces a revolving door of players in the pro scene as old ones lose motivation and move on and new ones step in to take their place. With Cataclysm just around the corner there is sure to be some major turnover just as there was with Wrath of the Lich King in the pro scene as a lot of the current top end guys will decide to no longer continue investing themselves in these tournaments. We've already seen some examples of players fading away from tournament play with the recent announcement that two of the most widely recognized healers (Toez/Tenderloin) will be retiring. … More
Here I will be giving out awards for Sportsmanship, Attitude, and Steez! These awards are based off my experiences at MLG Colombus and Raleigh.
While Zilea caught wind of my brilliant plan and jumped my gun, his giant wall of text does not intimidate and I shall proceed with my profound and in depth awards. After all, he was a no-show to both events.
You can't deny you'd rather get a shiny Millies Award than some stanky Zilea award.
This game is such a ******* joke. It is literally DISGUSTING. Retards like Litreocola who are trying to get in the e-sport scene are pathetic kabongo nerds who need to be slapped. This game will never be a true e-sport. The company is run my brain dead baboons who only know how to garner money for profit and nothing else. Single minded drones.
Why people even blog for anything 'professional' is beyond me. There are so many ******* retarded ladder comps it's not even funny.
I'm sad about the news I am going to bring to you seeing how this is my first blog in a felt eternity on GR since I left to write for Hydramist.net as this might be the biggest scandal in the history of WoW Arena. It's one of those days were I put on my jogging shoes and I can't get my mind from a topic. I thought long and hard if I really wanted to do this, but I believe I'm doing the right thing here. The significance of what I'm about to tell you is too huge for the game to keep it on the down low. Every single player that is competing in some way in World of Warcraft will be affected by this be it PvE or PvP players and I believe it is your right to know. Let's start from the beginning:… More
MLG Raleigh kicked so much ass and I was so glad to be apart of it. From an administrative standpoint, being able to run the Largest SC2 Tournament in NA was a great experience before watching an epic WoW tournament. MLG hired two Team Liquid admins (Hot_Bid and Intrigue) to work with my brother and I for it, these guys had a lot to offer about Esports. I took a lot of notes, especially from the things Hot_Bid did during the SC2 tournament. Hot_Bid is the head administrator of TeamLiquid.net and… More
