So has World of Warcraft. Probably my life, too. And I've done my best to get rid of all three. I switched to www.restrictedsection.org to escape WoWriot, I tried to get a life to quit WoW. My ping to Tichondrius hovers around 50, fluctuating a little depending on what zone I'm in, but never rising over 100. When I try to cast something, however, it takes anywhere from 100 to 400ms to start. (This is supported both by Quartz and the sluggish feeling I get half the time I start healing someone.)
