In case you aren't familiar with the team, it operates on the premise that warlocks are filled with tasty candy and you must beat it out of them as fast as humanly possible. The team itself holds an advantage over almost every warlock and double melee team, except in extreme cases where the Ret(ard) Paladin decides to ignore the affliction warlock sitting two feet from him and charge the shadow priest 50 yards in the back, getting his dumb ass killed three seconds into the match with some well-timed angel wings. (That loss courtesy of Kintt, Glickz and some retard who rolled a troll with their Spriest/Alock/Rsham comp).
Regardless of how bad our paladin is, I still think the comp will work as a decent backup provided we get enough practice in. I'm still excited to run a Rogue-centric comp with an old teammate as well, but with the limit on classes and players available on the teams it doesn't seem too likely that we'll be able to run all 3 comps with the same team.
In other news, I ganked Radikal outside Stormwind when he was trying to kill a resto druid (Silly mages!). Does that make me efamous now?

Deadly setup that I ran as a ret-pala. One HoJ stun was all it took to drop a pesky rogue with the fully loaded barrel we had (buffs!)

Hi, I am that 'some retard' you mentioned who made a Troll. Wotf is negligible with a Shaman behind you, and Hex of Weakness is pretty amazingly good when you don't otherwise have any kind of healing debuff. Kintt and Glickz obviously know who I am, so why don't you? Regardless, I agree it was pretty funny when your pally pal popped wings, funny game~

I know troll owns, I used to play spriest on a 3dps caster team for s1 and s2 as undead (spriest/lock/boomkin? 2300+? orly?), but not a lot of people realize how awesome HoW really is and I wish I had it. I just wanted to poke some fun at you because you don't see trolls all that often. If I had the patience to, I would have rerolled my priest troll just to snag it.
Also, I didn't remember your name, otherwise I would have mentioned you. That said, if you need any tips on the class, you need only ask. /flex

That said, if you need any tips on being replaced by Lewt in 2s because you failed, ask him

Not my fault that spriest/lock stopped being viable the second BT hit live. I guess Lock/druid just took OH SO MUCH SKILL.

Rather ammusingly I was just today wondering if HoW would be better than DP in that combo.

I don't get how people have success with this comp, any good teams I fought on live (maybe its better on the ttr or something?) just destroyed it so hardcore it was retarded.

The team is made to destroy popular high end comps, namely druid comps. It will be even better against druid setups with the cyclone range nerf. All it takes is the intial justice/hammer on the druid to get them down.
Running the comp up to 2200 with relatively little trouble (omg no name BG), the only high end comps that can cause issues are warlock/rogue teams and EXCEPTIONAL PMR setups, but with a little work we have done decent against both of late. The issue with warlock/rogue teams is that the rogue is very good at limiting the paladins DPS. Typically if we don't get the lock or healer down through the paladin's bubble, it makes the match much more difficult. Nothing is more difficult than dealing well coordinated warlock CC on me (resto shaman) while the paladin is in a kidney shot taking massive damage. If I keep up healing through the CC, i still get behind with tongues on me and eventually the dots catch up.
We have the paladin blow hammer on the rogue, then repentance if necessary to get away and lay down the hammer on the lock. With practice the setup has gotten a lot easier.
Against low-end PMR you can easily just zerg the priest, while I interrupt enough polys to get pain suppression up, and after that it's over. High end PMR, you can't expect to keep the mage from getting a sheep down, and you really can't outlast them that way. Zerging the mage really cuts back on PMRs damage, and the insane damage output from WF/hammer can EASILY and EFFICIENTLY kill a mage in the first minute of the fight, even with both iceblock and pain suppression. And trust me, the priest isn't mana burning while the mage is getting zerged. It's not uncommon, even at 2000+ to RNG a mage before he ice blocks and gets pain suppresion. 2500 SoCs with a sword spec proc / windfury can drop a mage quick.
Skillless? Maybe. Retarded crazy fun? Absolutely.

Lawlno. I'll start calling Double Melee "Cleave" the day RMP becomes ShadowyDaggersOfArcaneUltimateTrifecta. Retarded names are retarded.

A hardly objective analysis of World of Warcraft PvP from a no-skill Hunter on a worthless battlegroup with far too much time on his hands. Hilarity ensues.
