My dearest Yiska-lovers, I kid you not when I say that I was paralysed for a second. Not that he disappeared or fell off, but he got considerably shorter or did he? I towelled myself off quickly and hopped on the balance. Great, plus 3kg in one week.
"Fat-tastic, Sascha. Now you got two problems to solve. I guess I really have to start jogging again and as for the blogging... Wait, wait, WHAT?! Wait a fudging minute. Blogging and Jogging. I make this win."
And so the idea was born. My best inspiration has always been running especially early in the morning when the sun rises and nobody is in the streets. It really feels like you own the place. I loved it in my youth. I basically ran everywhere, rarely took the bus, and just ran across town, thinking about school, girls, games and life. As you grow up, you don't want to look like an idiot while running in normal clothes and so I got lazy. University forced me to leave my football team and I gained 15kg in two years. I tried losing weight from time to time, but I'm the kind of person who does nothing for himself. What I mean by this is, that for example even after two years of living in my apartment I still haven't installed a couple of racks. If an uncle or a friend asks me to paint their kitchen, I will be there in five minutes. Moreover if I don't have people kicking my butt from time to time or keeping an eye on what I'm doing so I don't want to disappoint them, I will just stop being forceful and eventually stop when it's not fun for me anymore. Long story short, what's better than an average 2000 reader per blog audience that can potentially call me a loser or a fattie? You get the point.
Now if you know me I'm not only a very competitive but also a very pretty twisted nature. Sometimes I have this tick that doesn't allow me to do certain things until I achieve or I make up random competitions. "Kick this aluminium foil ball five times before it falls to the ground or you can't leave the kitchen", "100 tetris lines or you can not stand up from the toilet" or my favorite "I will be at this lantern before the car, RUN SASCHA!". I love those little competitions and while I announced my idea to Shader, he came up with the following.
Every 15 +likes Yiska will run a kilometer on the following day.
1 kilometer is roughly 0.621371192 miles
1 kilometer is roughly 0.621371192 miles
Now don't get me wrong, this is not a begging for likes. In fact I will probably suffer if you like too much, heh. If you don't like the blog, then by all means don't push the button. What I really think is, that many people read a blog and enjoy it, but rarely remember to scroll up again and +1 like it. I assume I speak here for all bloggers on Gameriot when I say that a +1 is easily as satisfying as 100-200 unique hits. Hits just say that you did your homework and advertised correctly. Likes say that you addressed your audience correctly and they enjoyed the read. I measure the success of a blog in likes and if I do feel that the audience enjoyed the topic I will try to come up with something related. If we take for example lasts month winner "The Ohcee", I think it's foolish to say that many people didn't like the blog although they had the highest number of hits. My guess is that their audience is either not registered on Gameriot or doesn't think about what these likes mean to us bloggers.
Take your chance now, support your favourite blogger on Gameriot and register.
Moreover you have the chance to torture an actual person with just one click.

+Like this fat away.
Ah and before I forget, feel free to post suggestions into the comments or into a PM about a topic you want to see being Yiska'fied. Yiska out.

that is so much bull****, EVERYONE can build muscle mass but you need alot of discipline as an ectomorph.
Everyone of those guys says they eat SOOOOOO much but dont gain weight, sry I have to say to you NO YOU DONT EAT ENOUGH. You just have to eat more than others who have a slow metabolism but its just about eating (good/healthy food) and hard training fast food wont do a **** for you
Its just about discipline, this is where most fail.
