"It's better to burn out than to fade away."

These are the lyrics that Kurt Cobain quoted on his suicide letter and they were always disturbingly true, at least to me.

I'm sad that Eurospective is ending but really it had to. Yiska has already outlined the reasons for this and I don't think they need to be gone over again. Without Yiska there is no Eurospective, pure and simple. It wouldn't feel right to continue it; it's not my project it's Yiska's. When I applied for the job of being a weekly writer I didn't think I stood a chance in hell of getting it and up until today I still feel like the boy who won the golden ticket.

Here are some short words to everyone...

To Yiska:

Thank-you. Thank-you for giving me a platform and thank-you for tolerating my lack of professionalism, stupidity, immaturity and inconsistent writing content. I've learnt so much in the time I was writing for Eurospective and you're a friend for life and we will go for that beer one day. My only wish is that you had asked more of me and you really should have gotten that job at World of Ming.

To Bodi:

The other person I owe everything to. Without you I wouldn't be blogging, it's just that simple really. Good luck with World of Ming, I hope you get what you want out of it and I hope that World of Ming becomes something you want it to be. Thank-you for teaching and inspiring me to blog and I hope you will continue to inspire me in the future.

To the other Eurospective writers:

itsperplex, Lacanoz, Shader, Alca, Gengar, Nomennescio, syeren, Tehseus, thorkin and Charr3d; thankyou. I know each and everyone of you had your own creative differences with me. I can't imagine all of you liking every single ****ty blog I put out. I realise my tendency to comment before thinking will have annoyed you a lot. Hey, probably this blog alone is pissing you off. If any of you flamed me on alt accounts then I don't hold it against you; I probably would've the same.

To Bilingue:

Thank-you for the interview and for the all the help you've given to Eurospective. Good luck with Kalibre Online, you're probably the nicest guy on this website.

To the American pro WoW players:

I'm sorry for the badmouth, I do enjoy American tournaments (except Enforcer really is awful for an LAN Rogue) and I hope anything I said you guys didn't take to seriously.

To Bloodx, Reliuna, Healíngproof, Paperkat and other pro WoW players who helped me come up with content:

Thank-you, the only good content I put out was all thanks to you guys (well okay that's a lie, my Drama blog was readable).

To Garakskull:

You're probably the best person to ever talk to on MSN, <3 you.

To everyone who sent me em@ils, messages and /w'd me in game:

Your kind words were the only payment I ever needed and I <3 you Nobbeh.

To the trolls:

My Plans for the Future.

I'll be starting a new solo blog at the beginning of next month and while I don't want to confirm the exact details of the new project: Rest assured the coverage of the European PvP scene will defiantly be an important part.

I also would love it if the other Eurospective writers with any interest in still blogging would be as so kind as to contact me, be warned though: I'll be running a tighter ship than Yiska did.

welcome to last week Lyuze. You won't beat me to new Lupe content considering I'm on his site ;\. Solar Midnite sucks, he has a newer song called Resurrection which is amazing. Japanese Cartoon is intense, All Sabotage is my favourite!
