Lol man you deliver yet again. Great post, cracked me up.
While our family is quite wealthy, my dad is very lazy, the best he ever gave me was $200 to get whatever I wanted with that. My sisters get the phat lewt all the time, Iphones, laptops, all the good stuff even though I am the "good son". ****! Can you shed some insight on the reason here? I thought the only boy gets pampered

I like christmas.. this christmas happend to be the first time my whole family and cousins are over the age of 17, and we ended up having a family smoke out(my family even close to being poor trash, we just all happen to live in sourthern california where the ganja is socially acceptable to every generation that grew up past the 60s). It was also the first christmas where I spent more on giving gifts than I received. And, the truth of it is that it felt a lot better seeing people happy with the gift you bought them than the excitement of receiving a Wii.
And when talking about politics, the only person worth talking about is Ron Paul. Everyone else has had their story told and retold, but this radical republican is the cough syrup to our nation's cold and understands the evolution of the country's culture.

And tbh, same goes for me. I got a lot of stuff for college which was needed, but otherwise it was quite a modest christmas. I however, spent a lot more on gifts I gave out, and I agree; giving is just as fun, if not more. Least to me =)
And lucky for you you got to be high on xmas. Musta felt like you were 5 yrs old all over again, wakin up in your power ranger underwear racing down the stairs to the presents.

An amusing read because I come from a typical Asian family that is slightly westernized. Most of us have treated like Christmas never happened and will probably prefer it status quo in years to come, although it was different when my brothers and I were much younger. Because of that, I find your article very foreign, cliche, old-fashioned and maybe a tiny bit weird.
To some extent I'm sure everyone in the family has reflected at the coldness that exists, but it's clear everyone is 'ok' with it considering we just continue to do our daily activities with more slightly more freedom (woo no work at 7am). In my case, logon wow and arena, check my emails and Facebook, read wikipedia etc. If you're a looking for a reason why it's like that, it's probably because we have not repented our past sins and too lazy to give a damn. I'm like woo let's celebrate the joyous occasion that validates and embraces the mass murder of muslims.

yay another spoiled brat blogging on the internet. when you can afford all this nice stuff yourself without daddies help, then you can talk big. if I was your dad or grandpa i woulda slapped the taste out of your mouth as you were probably rude and disrespectful (parents are probably like 90% of the hippie generation now, no discipline).
hopefully you will get a taste of the real world when daddy is around, what comes around goes back around kid.
oh, your hand = your girlfriend

Rofl, thank you daddy. Don't you have kids to tend to? Or is the wife out of town banging some other, more wealthy business man, while you sit and play WOW as your 3 year old daughter wishes her daddy would play with her.
