Modern Warfare 2 is a bit over a week old now and it has been a resounding success for Activision and Infinity Ward both on the sales front and with the critics as well.  For some fans it is a mixed bag, largely due the "consolization" of the PC version, but for most the game is a hit.  My review is finished and I'll be sure to toss it up for your critical consumption tomorrow some time.

The launch of one of my most anticipated games of the year of course has to happen when I am playing two of my other big games of the year (MOW2 and Super Mario Bros Wii).  The good news is this is Valve, Zombies and PC gaming; all of which makes tonight's launch a priority in this gamer's eyes.
