Unless you have been living under a rock you may have seen that Diablo III was announced at WWI in Paris today.

The long awaited next big thing from Blizzard after WotLK and Starcraft 2, Diablo III looks pretty amazing.  The rumors have been building all week long and our pal Lipton has been on the ball the whole time.

Per typical Blizzard fashion there is no release date yet.  WotLK is due out any time and we don't even have a date for that, let alone Starcraft 2 (this holiday season?).  If I had to guess Diablo III I would say next summer at the earliest, probably next winter.

Sorry, I was re-decorating my rock today never heard of Diablo 1, 2, or 3.  Will need to do some research. (and maybe get a non-sucky computer).
