Arnold Schwarzenegger had a very special message for a Assemblymember Tom Ammiano when he vetoed his recent bill that passed without a single nay vote in both in the state house and senate; "I **** you". His spokesperson said it was merely a coincidence that the letter the Governor sent out happened to spell out f-you on the right side margin. What are the odds of such a random act of miscommunication? Apparently anywhere from 1 in 10-100 million. I give him props for being funny, but when the bill was looked at so favorably was that really a wise idea?
Is this only a U.K. thing? It seems our pals across the pond are looking in to laws to protect fat people who are seemingly attacked, harassed and shouted at. I don't really see that being a bit issue around here or most places I've been in the States. We have far more racial and gay bashing than anything and when it comes to weight people seem to be more politically correct or not say anything at all. Any one else have any thoughts on this?
This list I saw on Digg today is actually pretty decent. The top 10 zombie movies of all time is fairly accurate though I think they rate Zombieland a bit too high. One, I wouldn't count Evil Dead II. Two, my top five would probably go 28 days, Zombieland, Shaun, Dawn and Night.
The family of a lady who died from drinking too much water in a radio stunt won 16 million dollars in a lawsuit. This is all over an attempt to win a Nintendo Wii when they first came out. The "Hold your wee for a Wii" contest hosts were found negligent in the woman's death after ignoring repeated warnings about the dangers. While I agree with this one a part of me realizes not everyone is a medical genius but wouldn't common sense tell you that it was probably slightly unhealthy? I bet that $16 million dollar contest is the most expensive one they will ever run. There are probably some people out there now that would tray their Wii for a case of Aquafina.
Bad drivers have a new excuse, women too apparently. Some research has revealed that a variant in a gene make people perform 20% worse on driving tests and that 30% of Americans have this gene. Isn't 29 test subjects a bit to small sample wise to glean anything out of? I am curious to know how many of the 22 with the gene were women and foreigners.
Scrubs return has been announced for December 1st. I am not really sure what to think of this after the amazing "My Finale" episode. Much of the previous cast will either be limited or not appearing at all. Without J.D. and the other core 4 and Cox can it really be Scrubs? And what about Janitor? Too many questions, I guess we have to wait and see.
If you want to help Boondock Saints II get a wide release, and you probably do as word is that it is a better film than the last one, then head over and place your votes of support much like people did for Paranormal Activity. As of right now it is only a limited release so go vote and help the cause.
Ridley Scott is talking a bit more about his Alien prequel movie lately. Instead of a direct setup to the first Alien movie Scott is saying this one will take place 30 years before that. What exactly that entails is anyone's guess. Either way, Scott+Aliens=win.
Some people go through life in a complete daze...
This has gotta be fake right? Right? Either that or the camera was running all damn day...

Schwarzenegger is ******* prick. He dis-regards any environmental effects of a stadium being built in L.A. while people lose their jobs and lively hoods in a central valley in CA due to no water being pumped into their farmland to save a species of fish that did not even originate in the water supply. Where is the machine press when you need one?

Strange they don't mention Snyders' remake of Dawn of the Dead on that zombie movie list, easily better than 90 percent of those movies.

Ridley Scott and Aliens? OMG, got a boner now. Hopefully it will be made before he goes into a retirement home.

You watch big brother with your wife, you have zero right to comment on TV quality.

ROFL, bull **** I do. Kristen hasn't watched big brother in over a year, and when its on I usually read a book and play on the lap top trolling in Gameriot. We only have one big tv in the house. This is from a guy who was a fan of The O.C. for christ sake.

The article doesn't say anything specifically about women, so I don't understand your comment there. Is this just an excuse for you to make fun of women?

You forgot old people.
