UFC 100 was tonight and I predicted winners to the tune of 5-0 tonight. If you didn't get to see Brock Lesnar's goofy-ass, post-fight press conference where he talks smack about Frank Mir, UFC sponsor Bud Light and "getting on his wife", be sure to check it out here. Solid card though nothing amazing. The Henderson knock out was fantastic and the flying elbow to a downed Bisping was sweet justice. Dana says he will "get Fedor" according to the post show press conference... Oh ya, Vir, you owe me a blog.
![]() Keely needs help with some scrubbing. I expect her to get a "friday girl of the month" in the future. |
The other day in the Drop I discussed the choices for Green Lantern and it seems Warner Brothers has come to a decision. Ryan Reynolds it is! (pheww) While not a perfect choice their other two were a lot worse. Deadpool and then GL it is. Hopefully this movie gets the budget it deserves.
A pharmacy owner in Olympia, Washington doesn't want to be forced to dispense the Plan B pill at his own business but the court of appeals has over turned a district courts decision to give the privately owned business an injunction. The case has a further fight in court but for the time being he has to offer the morning after pill. Of course this 9th Circuit appeals court routinely has their decisions overturned (lol Sotomayor). I don't see how the government can dictate what this guy sells assuming it isn't illegal items. There are other pharmacies for consumers of Plan B (which I support) so shop there? Doesn't that make sense?
Superman and Batman lost a tough battle with New York police recently. This is a story you have to see to believe. Apparently Superman punches like a sissy as well as the female cop lived to tell about it.
I believe this was posted in comments before but the latest District 9 trailer looks great. Saw it before Bruno (which is a must see, ROFL at gay-MMA). Check it out and let me know what you think.
These TV porn parodies crack me up. This is SFW on the visuals but NSFW for language:
Great prank for tonight's humor. Props for the balls to film it, the great idea and the guy acting like a complete nut job:

9/10, but only because I was expecting the guy to see the cameraman. Didn't look like very good cover!

This is NSFW, http://img18.yfrog.com/i/hazell1.jpg/
as you can see she has very light areola, so her left one, the nipple is probably behind the soap. Our left view is easily covered by her fingers

Imo they should have picked the John Stewart lantern, so many more actors could've played him. Imagine Samuel L. Jackson as GL? No but seriously after watching all the Justice League episodes the black GL has grown on me quite a bit

Surprised you haven't mentioned Accutane getting pulled from the market after losing a substantial lawsuit over an unforeseen side effect. Relevant news to all of us acne-plagued nerds.

One of eighty things right on the damn prescription. Hardly unforeseen and had nothing to do with it being pulled. Sales were down because there are a thousand generic copycats out now due to their patent expiring in 2002.

Lol, then you didnt look.
http://www.naturalessentials.com/accutane.htm
There have been lawsuits against it for years. Like I said, that being one of eighty reasons, it had nothing to do with it getting pulled.
"The company
cited declining sales as one of the major reasons behind the decision.
Roche's patent for Accutane expired in 2002, since then the generics
started dominating the market. Accutane sales now occupy less than 5%
of the isotretinoin market."
From your own damn link, -1 for being retarded.

Your reading comprehension skills could use some work. The article explains the reason Roche AG gave (which is what you quoted) and then provided what was likely the real reason (you know, some times companies aren't forthcoming about these kind of things), unless you think them losing $33 million in lawsuits related to IBD just 3 days before announcing that they're pulling it off the markets was somehow a coincidence. In which case, you're the retard.
