If you own this game and ever thought about profiting and reselling it, now is probably the time.  Word has leaked around the internet today about Marvel vs. Capcom 2 possibly coming to Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. 



Thanks to the ESRB website we can see the beloved 2D fighter is on the way to two new consoles.  If Capcom is using the SSF2HDRemix beta tests to get their netcode right for that game and Street Fighter 4, it seems there is little reason it couldn't be used for MvC2. 

This would seemingly be a digital release over PSN and XBLA as the game has been out on other systems and would probably fit fine under the download size standards.

56 fighters from the Capcom and Marvel world, probable online play and possible HD graphics?  Sign me up!

The rebirth of the fighter is a definite reality.

Oh **** yes!  MvsC2 is one of the best 2d fighters to be released during that time period.  MvsC2 and CvsSNK2 were some of the best fighters i have ever played.

I hope to god this is the somehow a dreamcast port, because that is the tournament standard edition. Pro play Marvel is unlike anything else, it is ******* amazing to watch and the most fun i've ever ******* had playing any game ever. Everyone here needs to go watch pro marvel videos on youtube or wherever. Some really good vids are...

lol the 3rd vid isn't what i would say "really good" and definitely not on par with the rest, but hell I wanted to throw in one of my own videos, being an avid MvC2 player myself.
