Apparently Gibson the guitar maker thinks Activision's Guitar Hero is a copyright infringement. Read about the patent and laugh. Activision is asking the courts to throw out a patent their guitar licensing friends at Gibson have for "simulating a musical performance".
Microsoft is already claiming a sales loss vs the Playstation 3 for the month of February even before the numbers come out. Apparently they are having "Xbox 360" shortages and it has nothing to do with Blu-Ray, great PS3 games, or PS3 price drops.

After UT3, I have no faith or consideration for Epic. Mark Rein is a complete tool, and Cliffy B is the biggest idiot in the world. They wouldn't know how to make a good game if it was given to them. Bunch of console loving fanboys, nothing else.
I need to pick up that Guinness '08 Gamer Edition, looks decent. I saw a few pages, I wish it had some sonic speedruns and stuff, but no big deal.

Why would Gibson even agree to allow their guitars to be used on GH if they're just going to start another law suit with Activision over it? Seems like they wanna get in on the profits that GH are getting. =\
