I'd say I was one of the curious parties who helped invoke this interview so I do have another question.

You asked about the drugs aspect, but I am more curious about the mental health issue.  It seems when you see these girls on Stern, or some HBO special, 90% all have some issues in their past that seemed to bring them to the porn industry.  Abusive family, rape, troubled youth, you name it.

Can Winter confirm these types of issues, and was it something along these lines that may have made her more inclined to do such a thing?

 

I'll ask, I'm gonna' try and get her to open a GR account so she can field questions herself as well.

 

this is what i was wondering also during the read, since she just kind of jumped straight from WoW to porn through a WoW player who was a porn director?  Thats crazy in the first place, but its even crazier if you think about who would do such a thing....like was she aspiring to become one?  I figure your average girl playing WoW isnt likely to do this, and i'd be curiouis if shes willing to talk about her past.

Even she said her ex boyfriend posted her nude pics on the WoW forums(when and where were they btw?...lol), was it with her permission?   is she normally this open and uncaring about other people around her seeing her nekkid?  she does have a slammin body if that back pic is of her.  And what was she doing before jumping into porn?

what about the mob also?  i've read before the mob is involved in porn or a big part of it.  I think it was Jenna Jameson on Stern said something to that effect when he asked her how she made her own company and how it blew up, she eluded to the mob not really friendly towards competition, but they were actually cool with her making that move, or something like this.  It was a long time ago when i heard it on Stern...

this is almost surreal tho.  Its hard as **** to believe, i mean we're talking about WoW here, not even the porn spinoff, but WoW being an entry to the porn industry.  thats just amazing.  And its funny because i'm thinking you have a female porn star who got into it from a porn director that plays WoW who happened to join the same guild by chance, and then theres that other porn star who i believe was legit who played a warlock, think her name was Mia Rose.  Whats up with WoW and porn stars?  Amazing....

Me getting into porn was a fluke, it was just random chance. I wasnt so sure I wanted to do it but Dez, the guy that directs and produces "*****lore" (previously called *****craft), asked me to come check it out. I figured I might as well. It looked like a lot of fun so i jumped in. I never even considered it before that.

As for the pics. A while back I dated this guy that liked to take kinda artsy pics so I told him i would pose as long as we didnt really show "stuff". Anyways they turned out pretty good so occasionally i would let my good friends see them Well one of these friends was pissed cause when we finally met in person i didnt sleep with him. I think he felt led on and stuff. So to get back at me he had one of his friends post them on their guild site then linked it on the realm forum that i was on. Apperantly a lot of people saw them lol. they are great pics though and everyone loved them so i didnt mind. I never would have expected to be tha ok with the situation but it really turned out not to be a big deal and i got a generally possitive responce.

Mia rose has been in porn for some time. she recently, recent being a relative term since I've played since the day it was released, started playing. I think shes been playing for about a year now, maybe two. Dez, the director that got me into porn, asked Mia to roll a character so she would understand her part in *****lore (aka *****craft) better. She made one and decided she loved it and shes been playing ever since as far as i can tell. There are a lot of porn people that play wow, youd be surprised. Few in the industry have gone as far or have been as successful as Dez and I though. Dez was in aurora before gentlmen's club and I had been an officer in GC since pre BC. I recently had to sep down from my position in the guild. I cant garantee 100% attendance anymore and I didnt think it was fair to hold that possition if i couldnt be involved in every aspect of the game 100%.

ok to answer the first question from slapnuts: well I'm sure many of the girls in the industry have had issues with family, or otherwise, that caused them to chose this as a profession. I never experianced anything truely traumatic. Perhaps some of my childhood helped open my eyes to sexuality but i think it was more to be comfortable with the idea of sexuality rather than abused or mentaly messed up. I'm just open minded and accepting because sex is natural and tere is nothing wrong with it.

 

if a stranger, not in the porn industry, offered you the amount you'd make for a scene doubled to have sex with you, would you accept?

I'm very picky about who i sleep with but when i know what i want i get it when i want it and if that happens to be 20 mins after i met the person then so be it. I think that makes the guy easy not the other way around.

 

Random statistic out of ass, but I am sure like 98% of guys would be considered easy, discounting those that are inexperienced or too shy.

 

I agree, so why, when applied to females, is it a bad thing but when applied to males it is either expected or even congradulated?

 

Besides the whole historical aspect, men to populate the species, etc., I think a big issue stems from the fact that many men can't handle women who act like them when it comes to sexuality, don't like that aggressive attitude.

Thus the likely solution is to talk and look down upon it to help aid the stigma and hopefully lessen the likelihood of women being like that.

oh and i would think it sells amazingly well, but i dont really understand how poorly the actors are paid vs how much money the industry likely makes.  the actors are the ones making the movie, i can see why females are paid more, but considering how much money there is in the porn industry its like your all being paid pennies.  And honestly how hard is it to make a porn movie?  Like couldnt you cut these huge companies out, get a decent camera, hire porn star friends and basically make your own movies? 

with non porn movies the acting, production, etc. all seem to matter way more, but with porn everyone knows they are secondary to the sex, therefore i'd think you dont have to invest much into the best of cameras, actors, etc....and i'd only assume the difficult part would be paying a company to mass produce it to sell via CD/videotape, but even then internet downloads could be a cheap way to sell it, especially if you already have porn name recogntion.  just so many questions...

 

Dahis, you've got this interview gag all wrong. The goal is to bully and humiliate the person you're interviewing. For example:

"Do you ever feel that people don't really care what you say and only hang around with you because of your looks?"

"What seperates the porn industry from filmed prostitution in your view?"

Et etc. Poor examples, maybe, but you get the idea.

 

I dont feel like people hang around with me for my looks because they are usually equally good looking... i will have to find some havasu pics.

Sometimes it really is like filmed prostitution. I try really hard to avoid being booked for things like that. I try and always work with legit companies that are know for quality like pink visual, who i've shot for twice and naughty america, who i've shot a web cam and a scene for.
