ESL HoN Coverage, New hero, HoN Team recruiting serious players!

So HoN servers just went down, and sadly I'm sitting here reading the forum posts about it (one post made it to 30 pages in under 10 minutes).  So what do you guys do when your game goes down?? I don't mean planned maintenance because you can plan around that, but how about when your server just goes down??  Don't lie we know you don't go outside, do you just sit there and click connect over and over??  Tried it for awhile got boring so I decided to actually post here again with some newish info. 

Next New Hero:

The Facebook fan page for Heroes of Newerth has recently posted concept art of what Is assumed to be the new "Vengeful Spirit" an old DotA staple and fan favorite.  The game could use some more gankers and ward type heroes even though personally I think necrolyte is too important to leave out of the game for so long, but hey it's a beta.  Also on the preorder page a sand demon looking thing (The new spectre) has his/her art shown as well, which is really nice since spectre is an awesome hero.

ESL HoN Coverage:

I might be doing the ESL coverage with a buddy of mine (assuming they accept english ^^) this coming sunday at 18:00 CET you can check out more info at www.eslradio.com.  Expect two very experienced players with good commentary and a lot of jokes.  This is pretty interesting that tournaments and coverage is already sprouting up considering this is a beta game, and it's nice to know S2 is allowing ESL to break the NDA to stream live gameplay, all around it should be pretty awesome.

Managing/Running teams doesn't seem worth it:
I've been running and managing my own teams for quite some time now (In DotA and HoN now) and it just doesn't seem worth it anymore.  The core of my team (1 of the 3 players i brought over from DotA) decided he didn't care about the game enough to play serious and acts too immature to be taken seriously.  It's very hard to manage teams of 5-10 players and sometimes I just wonder if it's really worth all the hassle lol.
