General Thoughts, Empty rants, from a rogue's perspective

Hi I'm a rogue. I was going to post this or something similar on ArenaJunkies but I'd only be able to post in the waiting room, but **** the waiting room.

I guess people want to know but I've been playing arena somewhat casually every season, but really got into it season 6, and yes, I'm more of a pve guy. I got Duelist season 4 and that's about it. My highest ever team rating on any bracket any season was about 2156. I know that number so well.  And I've been playing since beta too how can I be so bad! I'm too accustomed to SS, SnD, rupture, Evisc. repeat, without rinsing.

Rogue / Mage

Usually when a rogue or mage asks for starter tips and for arena partners, people respond with, "Play rogue/mage its great!"

Guess what. It's not. Stop spreading lies. If someone asks you who to play with, just say play with a Ret paladin. Rogue/ret is better, mage/ret is better, and I'm pretty sure Shadow priests can succeed with a Ret.

As gnome I just play the match knowing I'm going to get sapped against any alliance team. I guess that goes for other non humans and night elfs, but **** undead rogues, I envy them, but not enough to pay 30$.  We'd probably win like 50% more games if both of us were undead, but oh well. The coolest thing to do with Escape artist is to use it on Crippling and sprint away, only to get deadly throwed, **** YEA ESCAPE ARTIST

Reflecting Spells

If you thoroughly looked at my armory, you might have noticed I use the spell reflecting meta-gem. I remember every single spell I reflect because when it does, it's like I just busted a nut. Only been a game winner one time since I used it, it was a reflected Death Coil, allowed me to kidney a lock, then gg. Generally, it's just ice lances and shadow word pains, that small stuff.

What I want to ask is, well, I get hit hit with 6k conflags and 8k Chaos Bolts. When I reflect them, it does sub 3000 damage. I don't know the mechanics of reflecting spells, but is it because, as a rogue, I have no spell power? So it acts as if I casted the spell?

3v3 Arena

Yes I play RMP. The highly criticized comp of being easy mode. Well I can see where they're coming from, sometimes we blow up a paladin before shield or a DK when we go 3 DPS mode. But not having much experience for 5 seasons, I can't say we're too pro. Pro with choosing a target or when to switch targets or whether I should restealth or go back into the fray. ( PS. **** blizzard for somewhat destroying 2s, me and my 3s partners can probably only get to play ~3 hours a week. Yes, we can find another priest or something, but we don't like playing with strangers, because they're strange.) I can't for the life of me switch targets, why run all the way to another guy if this guy is right next to me!

We still don't know how to effectively deal with cleaves, especially rogue/ret/priest. And some Pally/DK/wars that blow everything at the start, DK runs in icebound up and lichbourne, What do I do? partners say just stick to DK but he'll have freedom that we can't dispel becuz priest too busy trying to heal himself then warrior becomes immune to sheep then comes the strangulate gargoyle bladestorm.
