EH, didn't say it but kinda only applying to PC, i have h3 and 360, been playing COD4 which is better in some aspects, i would just prefer something on the PC.

Yep, as far as fun goes, TF2 is where its at. IMO its not fun competitively because of Crits and the ability to multi-uber it really limits an organized game into really only 2 forms of attack and defense.

But, on public servers its extremely fun. Slapnuts and I play regularly.

Well if you play cs you don't play on public servers.

Most people that play CS play on public servers. Generally people who only play on private servers have played the game wayyyyyy too much. As you usually need to know people a long time to get private server passwords etc.

I dunno i couldnt play CS more than 2 years before i got bored and really ****in tired of the rampant aimbots. and Source, is just... garbage.

 

Well tbh you play cs to join a clan and scrim to get pro. And don't say you play it for fun because playing in a clan and compete is the most fun you can get from a FPS game.

 

No, maybe there is something im missing? Or there may be cheating, and terrible graphics through the ******* roof. In my eyes it is just an enormously overhyped game with a huge fan base, the only thing so great about that game is the fact that you can run it on virtually any computer... I can only stare at **** for so long before my eyes burn.

 

Overhyped? Woah dude.

Guess you've played CS for years and never got any good at it, not that there's anything fault with it afterall i'm one of them. CS probably requires more skill than in any other game.

 

TF2 is my personal favorite.  And with the news that the CGS is picking it up for its Pro-Am league, it may see some renewed life. 

COD4 is also supposed to be solid, though I haven't played it much online.

 

When they added the crits being optional as a server side setting patch, it was thrown into the cest pool of competitive FPS.

COD4 online is great, very fun. However, its very camper heavy, not a hard game to suceed in especially with the aim assist, overall the game is good but it lacks something that halo has which is skill base, the ability to make someone who is generally terrible at fps' good at this game, it just isnt fun after a while of sitting behind the same table scratching your nuts waiting for someone to walk in and step over your claymore.
