Today when I got home from 'what noone cares about' I figured 'Better check the guildchat to see what ***s was online at a time like this".

Turns out, quite a lot was online.

So I started talking... Profila was on his alt, so we chatted a bit, and then there was also a couple of others who seemed to be playing arena at the time.

As me and Profila got bored of trolling each other and random-scurbs in the WG-general we started trolling the arena-guys. After a couple of sentences without replies we went to the guild-tab and noticed that it was a Ret and a DK playing 3v3.

After a couple of minutes one of them wrote "Stop writing in the gchat, I can't focus".

We looked at eachother in-game.  /shrug

Then the idea hit me.

How can a DK or a Ret read the guildchat while rolling their faces on the keyboard?

So I googled the matter, and apparently, there is a solution coming up:

Quote from GC:
Death Knights are working as intended. They are a hero class and can't be expected to have the same balance-issues as other classes. Ret pallys are fixed in 2.3.
For the Death Knights that arn't currently able to read the guildchat while playing Arena due to their facerolling on their keyboards we are working on a solution.

I kept googling and eventually found a picture of the new keyboard:

K

Apparantly that display on the top will be able to show the guildchat, so that DKs, 3.1 Rets and FoK-rogues can faceroll AND see the guildchat at the same time.

Enough fun
I'm sorry for this entry. I really am. I know it's low-quality. However, I don't really care. I am not writing for some coorporation, and I'm not getting payed (In cash that is, what aNNa gives me for getting over 50 likes is another thing...). For me, quantity > quality. And my quantity isn't that high.

I have had some 'rather' successful entries recently, and I'm glad about that, but I won't go down to posting once/month just to make sure what I post is 'good enough'.

Also, as some have read, I set out to improve the amount of blogs posted on GR a week ago or so, and the last days we've had a lot of new material, which is nice. Even if one might not find all new blogs 'good', they're still time-consuming. So... I guess my work here is done?

What I can promise you in terms of quality in future entries though is that I will NEVER write about how to pick up chicks or wheter Bodi's new blog fits WoM or not. I will never write a top-list and I will never fill an entry with nonsense just because it's my day to post something.

I might bash some classes sometimes but anyone that I would ever care about reading this would probably understand I'm just trolling, and either hate me or appriciate my attempts of making a joke about the common opinion of the general WoWer out there. (As I did with DKs this entry after a 2v2 game. Getting a HC, fully dispelled -> 3 7k Frost strikes together with 6-7k 'random' damage during a strangulate just isn't ok. Most of you understand that doesn't happen every game though)

So... Me and Profila has some new material coming up... It's basically something that has probably never been seen here at GR so... Stay tuned!

Oh, and... -1 to my first comment here if you hated this. Or hate me. Or just want to e-hate.

Oh haha I get it you're making fun of Death Knights because they're easy to play compared to FROSTBOLT FROSTBOLT FROSTBOLT and DISPELDISPELDISPEL.

You show 'em who's boss, champ.
Haha, I bet you're really skilled at your DK

Sorry, I'm sure your partner is skilled.

I was giving you the benefit of the doubt by assuming you were being retarded out of bias rather than just retarded.

I'm sure he is too, or else I wouldn't be playing with a feral druid.

I don't understand why I'm retarded for sticking up for DKs. They're a decently complex class to play, and it's not like their burst isn't preventable. Frost DKs rely on Frost Fever to buff most of their damage, Unholy DKs rely on all 3 diseases staying up. Frost burst comes from a full RP bar and all runes up + 2 death. UH burst comes from scourge strikes in a gnaw with mass diseases up. If you can't anticipate DK burst coming and deal with it, it's your own fault for dying.

Classes like Frost Mages and Rogues, on the other hand, can pull burst out of their ass and practically kill someone by accident. I'm assuming you're an angry mage or priest, based on my first post and your response?

lol, yes mages and rogues are ez-mode classes that kill people by accident, priests just spam dispel, and DKs are a complex class that is hard to succeed with.

Wrong again. DKs are easy to succeed with. I don't ever recall saying they were hard -- Just complex. All you have to do is save up a full RP and wait for all your runes to come back and you can truck down whoever you want, provided they've got no cooldowns. It just happens that it takes around 40+ seconds to get that kind of prep up. This is taking into account RP lost from Mind Freezing (unless you're frost), sometimes not being able to get into melee to generate RP from Blood Strike/Oblit/Scourge Strike, and not putting out any damage with your RP abilities. Low sustained damage, but building up for big burst. An easy way to tell if a DK is getting ready to burst is to take a look at his RP bar. If it's less than 80, you're pretty safe. If it's near 130, get ready to feel a lot of pain.

On my mage, about 80% of my spellcasts are frostbolt and ice lance. That's where ALL my damage comes from, and my burst is way easier to get off than a DKs. Line up a frostbolt with the waterpet out, Freeze + DF the nova, then frostboltlancelance before the stun breaks.

You'd be pretty dense to think priests use any spell more than Dispel Magic. Shield, Penance and Renew are enough to keep someone up 95% of the time, and when you're not mana burning, you're stripping buffs or instantly dispelling immolate/poly/nova/fear/whatever. Mana burn isn't even that great anymore, so dispel's usually better to cast anyways.

No comment on rogues, other than that I'm not a fan of a class that's got a 6s stun on a 20s cd that passively applies the most powerful snare in the game with MS every other swing. Saying they're not easy would be incredibly thick.
