Why they felt the need to waste so much of our effort put into our characters and virtually slap all of their long term customers across the face this time around for WOTLK but not for TBC ... I have NO idea. There was absolutely NO warning for this change and me personally, I AM DONE. I've cancelled my preorder of WOTLK and I will NOT be changing my mind.
There's no way in hell I'm going to go through the usually frustrating experience of gridning that much honor only for it to be totally stripped away with no compensation. With the addition of soaring rating requirements on PvP gear (GG alts! / solo players!) and the continued totally lackluster development of WOTLK, I SEE NO REASON TO PAY 15 BUCKS A MONTH FOR A **** GAME.

you're ment to play for fun, the bonuses you get from playing heaps is just a reward.. its like you've been working not enjoying just to achieve the gear

You're a ******* idiot if you actually farmed honor for the expansion before finding out what the deal was. QQ ****** and buy whatever they're putting in 3.0.

While I understand your complaint, I think cb10 made a good point.
It is meant to be fun bonuses, not a daily grinding job. Maybe if you are looking at it the wrong way it is time to walk away? When new TF2 weapons come out, and I have probably played over 350 hours (ya I know =p), I don't get upset that all that time doesnt count towards the new bonuses or weapons.Â
It isn't meant to be a chore man, it is supposed to be fun.

75000 honor is not that much. and yes, there is zero reason for this honor to be usable to purchase lvl 80 gear.

Cry more, Blizzard screwed over Warlords/High Warlords before TBC without compensation.
You should have took the hint towards this happening in their interview months ago where they said Arena Points wouldn't be carrying over in WotLK.

Blizzard has been SPOON FEEDING gear to scrubs via heroic badges, 200 points a week playing 1400 arena, BG botting and PVE IS VERY HARD LOL..... yes, SPOON FEEDING!
taking out badges and honor just means the implementation of another (possibly harder, possibly easier) way of SPOON FEEDING you gear.Â
