April 28
Poor April, no one even cares about you anymore. You remind me of another April that wore a yellow jacket and maintained mutant friendships... but I digress. Actually, I scratch that. There is nothing to digress to because nothing happened on April 28th. May it forever live in obscurity.

Isolee released ISO6 (no its not warez) which is presumably another collection of his music/remixes/etc. I cannot verify this personally because I didn't like his other stuff... but that doesn't mean you wont! It has received positive reviews from some WoW celebrities, but I think I'll stick to other crazy mixes.

Hafu compares point selling to AP tests?? Also there is some jibba jabba about her 2v2 team and having bad rating. In other news, boobies are comment generating engines.

May at last! The flowers are in bloom. School is ending. We sit on the cusp of summer like skiers about to take the big jump. And what better way to start summer then by sinking time and effort into making money online! Enter Holyfusion of Mal'Ganius an arena point seller extraordinaire. I won't spoil Roma Victor's excellent interview so go check it out - for some WoW really is serious business.

The amount of 'WoW balance discussion' that goes on here can sometimes be a bit overwhelming; not to mention pointless. So it was with some surprise that I encountered this post that addressed people's perceptions rather than the game itself. If you ever find yourself in a rage at WoW, just remember... sooner or later the game will you screw you. Probably sooner.

It was probable that GameRiot's peanut gallery expected a lot more of this in May, but instead ended up getting more of this. I'm sure some of you are thinking 'yea, well those both suck' but comon, Kotaku liked it :P. That makes 2 gamer weddings in one week! I wonder if Ming had a Rogue on the top of his wedding cake.

Last but not least I want to link one of Nacca's blogs because hes been consistently bringing some great Age of Conan news and player impressions. I find sources like Nacca to be the most useful because they are not dyed-in-the-wool fanboys or embittered haters. They tend to represent the voice of reason on new games in a non-commercial fashion that I can relate to. Thanks Nacca.

Despite the predictions of a bunch of negative nancys the blog contest has been going well. There hasn't been a lot of spam and if anything I've noticed a higher quantity of good posts than ever before. Of course its in my best interests to say that since I work here, but really - I mean it. Its also cool to see how well the site supports itself in Ming and Jasi's semi-absence. Keep on rockin' the free world GR bloggers.
I give this week's best blog award to... (drumroll please)
The Life e-Casual - Is well written, original material that offers informative interviews and reasonable analysis of life in World of Warcraft. Its like a piece on social trends... for WoW.
Finally, expect to see some new features rolled out at GameRiot soon. No seriously, I mean it. You may have heard this before but they are really almost here. I swear.
P.S. Snufala***us was a trick to get hits. Sorry if you got burned.
