Heard a rumor hemo's normalized on American PTR. Can anyone give credence to this?

i've been playing with neil recently again and AR/PREP seems really overpowered, even on live as it currently is we decimated 2s and 3s this week, and its not because we got any better, but i believe that that spec is simply amazing, even in outlast strategies. For example i think i'd rather play with ar/prep than mut as druid/lock/rogue vs druid/warrior/lock, the snare breakers and pressure applied during CC intervals are too good to pass up on,a rogue simply applies amazing pressure on the lock. The warrior does not apply amazing pressure on the rogue with this spec, with the rogues amazing escape abilities, and we all know that a rogue on a lock is more potent than a warrior on one. With this ar/prep spec, escapes from the warrior, while not infinite, are numerous. Not really my final thoughts on this spec, but lets just say im impressed with its capacity on burst, and outlast teams.

34/0/27 is currently a ******* boner party as far as hemo specs go - I'm finding vigor and imp KS much more beneficial than deadliness / premed
