Reminds me of an incident I had on my Shadowpriest.  We ran across some 2 warlock/ 1 mage team and won a close fight.  Then I start getting tells from their top warlock (rival rated) about how much we got lucky and how much we sucked, yadda yadda yadda.  We ran across them twice more than night and beat them both times.  Even though they tried a different strat and FF target each time.

Too bad I didn't have the foresight to take screenshots.

This when we very first started at around 1500 rating.  We only had one piece of gladiator gear between us.

It's one of the basic laws of MMORPGs:

1.  Anyone with better gear or rating than you has no life.
2.  Anyone with worse gear or rating than you is a scrub.

 

I remember first hearing that from Palehoof.

 

Yeah, not taking credit for that one.  But, it's definitely a truism.
