Dear CEO,
My name is Walter Zheng; I am a player of world of war craft.
First of all, I would like to thank you for make this great game, we really enjoyed a lot from it last 2 years.
But, after Y2007, the world became more and more ugly. Almost half year past TBC’s release, when other players out of China are adventuring in Outland, all China Wow players still have to stay in the ground world. We are spending money on this game, we deserve equal right, and we want to have fun just like all players in US Europe and any other region.
Probably you will not reply this email or you may just say that this is all 9city’s fault.
Yes, ZhuJun is just a dump *******, all Chinese players want to eat him alive, but at lease Blizzard should think about these players, it is us letting you having profit, you are earning money from us, not 9city!
I suggest you and your management team go to visit any Wow forum of China. A lot of people are getting together, same purpose, AFK.
If you don’t do any thing, there is one day, people will get tired of waiting, and they will give up the world…. of warcraft. And this day will be very soon.
Best regards,
Walter Zheng

Dear Walter:
Thank you for your note. I apologize for my delayed reply…I was out of the office for a portion of last week and, as a result, I am a bit behind on email.
I understand your concerns and frustrations and I wish that we had been able to deliver The Burning Crusade to our Chinese players much sooner. I can assure you that our players in China are very important to Blizzard, and delivering The Burning Crusade to them is our utmost priority right now. Our team, together with The9, is spending countless hours making this happen. I know that you and your fellow gamers have been very patient with us and I respectfully ask that you would give us a bit more time. I can assure you that the very first moment that we can make The Burning Crusade live in China, we will do so. One piece of good news I have for you is that along with the expansion, we are also working simultaneously on the subsequent content patches, and we hope to release the most up-to-date version of The Burning Crusade when we launch in China. As more information becomes available regarding the release date, we will immediately inform our Chinese players.
Thank you again for taking the time to express your concerns to me. We value you and your fellow Chinese gamers and we will do our best to deliver The Burning Crusade to you as soon as is possible.
Best regards,
/s/
