Location changes all The Times, Just PM MINGWOM or one of the many rogue heroes / certified opponents to get invited and summoned
Certified Opponents:
Warrior: Sonydigital
Paladin: Symm, Teknique
Death Knights: Serennia, Jones
Hunter: Lupi
Mage: Venruki, Pookz
Warlock: Azael
Priest: Scarywerk, Menismyforte
Druid: Any Tree Druid With Full Resilience Gear And Improved Thorns
Shaman: Emcl
At this point we are not really looking for opponents (although I would like to have two per class to complete the list), we are looking for rogue heroes who can step up to the challenge and defeat ANY ONE CLASS. Yes, you can make a name for yourself in the rogue community if you can step up to the plate and defeat any one of the 9 classes in a full CD best of 7 series! I am looking for anyone who can bring anything new to the table at this point, Unmercey-san said he will be there and he has some of the more creative strategies giving how undergeared he is on his live character, perhaps he will make a difference?
I have not fought Azael yet so I can not say warlocks are unbeatable, but all other classes, there is at least one class/spec/gear combo that beats rogues no matter what we do. Rogue heroes are really feeling the pain nowadays. A few quick thoughts:
Death Knights:
Serennia-sama did 100+ duels vs rogue heroes and the closest fight I saw, was Lucc taking him to 4% and missing an eviscerate. He chose unholy which wasn't as ridiculous as Jones's blood spec, which has a tendency to finish duels against rogue heroes with full health left. Both of those guys are like raid bosses, you don't talk about wins/loss records, you talk about "wipe at X %'s". I don't think either one of them lost a single match, forget about actually winning the series!
Paladin:
I finally had a chance to duel Symm and even if everything went perfectly for me (blinding his repentance, cloaking his hammer of justice), the best I could do was forcing a bubble and the second HOJ finishes me off every time, even if I bandage back to full. Half the times I can't even force bubble. Dodge seriously needs buffs. Retribution paladin and death knights can do big damage to me as if my evasion doesn't even exist. The rogue class's survivability was built around high dodge, but there are so many moves from melee classes that ignores it completely now it is a joke.
Priest:
The more I fought Menismyforte and Scarywerk, more I realized how hopeless the match-up is against a 26K health dwarf priest. My expose armor jutsus can take them below 10-15% first 10 seconds of the fight, but stone form + desperate prayer and they are back to full and I am out of ammo. I simply can not out damage stone form + holy nova spams, and thanks to stun reduction talents they can always save trinket for blind.
The problem is unless you pop major offensive cooldowns, you won't force any of their big defensive cooldowns (pain suppression, stone form, trinket), and if you do pop your offensive cooldowns, blind to reset, you don't have enough DPS to finish them off. It is not as ridiculous as fighting Jones's blood DK or tree druids with improved thorns, as you actually do get to capitalize on their mistakes (catching them in a full blind with half health left, delicious!) but I can't see any rogue hero winning a full series against this type of priests. They literally don't have to fear at all (although if you try to play reset+mana war, they will). You die to holy nova spam + reflective shield damage.
Shaman:
Restoration shaman when played by a top shaman, is as ridiculous as it was back in TBC, when Geecee dominated every rogue hero except Inactive-chan (although he still won narrowly in a 4-3 nail-biter). The problem is the restoration shaman of today has so much more on-demand, instant healing. Once you blow your initial cooldowns, there is just not enough DPS pressure to force anything. And restoration shaman DPS is significantly higher than TBC dueling video days thanks to spell power change.
There Is No Shame For Trying
At this rate, I am shooting for a video where rogue heroes put up the best fights against insurmountable odds. Akrios-san went 1-4 against Sony Digital, including a few <10% losses, there is nothing embarrassing about that. As a matter of fact, that is probably as close as anyone can get (although I would love to be surprised) at this point, given the state of our class.
Litreocola also went 0-4 against Venruki, and I have yet to score a win against Venruki or Pookz myself. It seemed like yesterday when I could fight Venruki evenly . . . now I am at his mercy every duel. A full anti-melee frost build has 1234567 ways to mess you up, where is our answer (and don't say frost resist gear, by the time you wear enough frost resist to matter, your damage is a joke and they will kite you to death once your cooldowns are gone either way, frost gear only works if your class can outlast)?
Feel free to record your own series (with in-game sound please) from first person and upload raw clips to file front after you compress it down a little. I think a first person dueling video is better than third person anyhow . . . Although I am more than happy to record as well if you are up for it.
Neilyo-kun Stripped Naked For Title Selling?
Neilyo fans probably noticed his character profile was blank for a while. Many Chinese fans voiced their concerns on that the rogue hero's account was hacked, his gear/gold stolen as account hacking is very rampant there!
As it turned out, he was caught red-handed for selling gladiator titles, and Blizzard had zero mercy on one of the most famous WOW players worldwide. They stripped away his gear, arena points, honor points, honor gear and reset his teams as well. Ouch! If only our justice system in RL is as fair and equal, no wonder they say WOW makes better citizens.
In Chinese sayings, "you kill the chicken to scare the monkey". Don't do it! It can happen to you too!

Putting your question mark at the end of that long addendum in parentheses looks really awkward.
Good article though.
Also, fix this sentence: And restoration shaman DPS is significantly than TBC dueling video days thanks to spell power change.
