The conspiracy behind MLG Anaheim 8th pick?

For those following the eSports news of MLG Anaheim and the Gotfrag WoW Wildcard Tournament, you have heard about the team For The Alliance (consisting of Avalonn, Beastlol and Huggerz; paladin/dk/hunter) "withdrawing" their spot to MLG Anaheim. Actually, I don't really know if the words "withdrawing", forfeiting or replaced were used since the main article on Gotfrag's website has been taken down as of this writing.

It had been a back-and-forth circus ever since the wildcard tournament ended to determine who would be the 8th seed. Part of the reason for this was the inability of Avalonn (the paladin on For The Alliance) living in Canada and not being able to get permission by his parents to go. However, For The Alliance was not prepared to hand over their spot to the second place team consisting of Brogo, Massivez and Notsnutz (druid/dk/warlock) and asked me to fill in for Avalonn.

This is where the story gets interesting because even after I agreed to step in to replace Avalonn, the team had to wait for approval by MLG/Complexity. After Ryan Moore of MLG asked me to confirm, he said it was now up to Complexity (who was flying the team out and paying for everything) before everything could be finalized. The last night I heard about this was the night Huggerz and Beastlol told me a contract would be sent out to my email in the morning to finalize everything. The following night I had not heard about anything or gotten an email so I had started to wonder what happened.

It wasn't until I read a blog by Pookz that I started to realize something had gone amiss:

"It turns out that the 2nd place MLG Wildcard team Snutz, Brogo, and Masssive playing Shadowcleave (Warlock, DK, Druid) are the ones chosen by compLexity to attend Anaheim."

The explanation given, according to For The Alliance, was that the organization was not sure how well the team would do with a new third. Obviously this rose a few eyebrows as the teams they sent before replacing Happyminti with Reckful had very poor performance for several tournaments, yet they were now concerned with how well a team was going to do? Maybe their standards suddenly went up after the new Complexity team's recent performance? Who knows.

The aroma of inquisition was still floating in the air as one of the members from For The Alliance had a few harsh words about the development and the motives of Complexity:

I know those guys were against it cuz the mlg people were fine with it. I think the complexity team didn't want to send us cuz they didnt want to have to deal with a pally/dk/hunter team. It's bull**** man

But, if we're going to talk about the integrity of tournaments, we still have some questionable things going on. For example, although team EG has proven themselves to be a qualified team for tournaments, that was when their team consisted of Kollektiv, Zyz and Azael. Now, however, Zyz is out of the picture (we don't even know who the new rogue will be yet) and according to rumors, Kollektiv is going to be replaced by Tenderloin due to Kollektiv not playing as often as Azael would like. When we have a situation like this, as Glickz pointed out in a comment in a previous WOM blog, shouldn't the team have to battle it out for a spot at these tournaments too?

Whatever the situation, I've had so much trouble breaking into the MLG scene that it almost makes me want to cry. HELP!

Remaking the image

After the constant barrage of being called ugly, skinny, annoying, etc, I decided that it was time to remake myself (minus the annoying part because I like that) so that I can be a walking girl magnet. Let me be clear when I say that I was never actually bothered by the insults regarding the way I looked because I just didn't care enough to change my ways. I simply just saw a lot of potential in myself so I wanted to see what I could do. I've been in the process of cleaning myself up after Blizzcon ended and the final product is going to be very attractive.



Anyone notice the acne? Keep in mind that besides what you see, I've been doing a lot of other things that are not apparent but will be part of the complete package when all is said and done.

Zilea part 4

Part 4 is a little different this week for a few reasons. This is kind of an experimental week in regards to the fact that I was playing double healer and I am not sure what the response will be by the readers. The only reason I even put clips of that composition in here is because I've been playing it on live and it has been going very well so far.
