I have to give Godfather full credit as he was one amazing commentator. His articulation, clarity and most importantly, camera presence are things everyone (including myself) have to improve upon if we want to make WOW a serious e-sport. He sat right in the middle of the two announcers, the same way his heart was split between his beloved teams, yet only one team could advance to play against arch rival Pandemic and the other would be going into lower bracket.
Mob Turtlebeach rolled out a very strange team of warrior, mage and restoration druid and first three matches Xecks's team chose to go after the druid and it left me scratching my head. While Xecks and company did a great job killing the druid the same time Turtlebeach killed their shadow priest, it is clear who has more survivability. First two matches went 1-1 and we had a funny 1v1 between mage/restoration druid where both players ran out of mana and Spoh showed why he was considered a druid hero and won a very clutch match. Thank god it wasn't restoration druid vs holy paladin as we have to call a draw for that one if it did happen.
Third match Mob Turtlebeach went on Xecks hard, not only taking away his DPS with a barrage of hamstrings and mace stuns, also put a world of hurt on him as he tried to get away from the warrior to go after the druid leaving his back wide open. Right there and then, I stood up in disgust and yelled "why the hell won't you go on the warrior"? Sure enough, as if my mind and Xecks's connected, they did go on the warrior, kept him on the defense at all times. The golden child pulled off a beautiful blind on their druid after Zizek dispelled his abolish poison and the warrior went down. He had to use one hand and shield to turtle the entire match and was never a factor. We have a 2-2 tie and Godfather made a coin toss to predict the winner, and it happened to be Mob Turtleforce. You see it is little things like this that fills up the long breaks between matches not to mention give me something to write about, it is something the younger commentators definitely should pick-up on.
The final match, I have no idea what hell Turtlebeach was thinking. They brought out SK-Gaming's "The Matrix That Won't Even Win 1st In A BG Much Less Making It Past First Round of WSVG" team. Warrior, mage, and holy priest. Zerg the priest and he went down in less than 10 seconds and Turtleforce went on to play Pandemic in upper bracket finals!
Good luck Xecks, I have faith in you as long as you enter each match with at least a 50-50 matrix. The rogue community is on your shoulders, winning a championship with a rogue playing 100% of the matches.

I think he was feral too, though the announcers didnt say anything about it. He had the glad mace equipped and was in cat form dpsing the whole time, at least.

Commentating for godfather was great...watching the pandemic mob match now the best commentating is coming from the guest again (who plays for some other team i think).

Awesome match up, Spoh vs Benny was epic. Gotta hand it Zizek.. unsung hero on that team. His dispelling is incredible.. it's like he has detect magic built into his brain. The abolish dispel -> blind was pure sweetness. Wicked match up all together.

Spoh and Zizek vs Nitrana and Malice at the end there was pretty epic.

Turtleforce vs. Pandemic was a great game indeed. Especially Nitranas great reactions.
Now if only TurtleForce would replace Zizek with a priest capable of playing holy to atleast a somewhat respectable level I'd see them do a whole lot better.
The positioning and dispelling capabilities of Zizek is god awfull and will turn the tide in close games regardless of him being shadow or holy. Zecks sitting in a full duration polymorph vs. TurtleBeach is an excellent example.
Spoh did an amazing job as feral though and thats exactly where he has an edge on the other druids who are competing at WSVG which allows for TurtleForce to mix things up a bit more than other teams.

Stop beating the bush.
The positioning and dispelling capabilities
of Zizek is god awfull and will turn the tide in close games regardless
of him being shadow or holy.
You sure you're paying attention? There is only so much one can do with a global cooldown, surviving is always first priority.
