A month ago, World of Ming met puberty. Hair appeared in barren lands, shoes died in half the time, and banana peels became repositories for new gelatinous liquids.

Lassie, however, wasn't keeping up. He had been a friend since pre-school, but he much preferred Power Rangers to Anal Rangers. Biological changes couldn't be controlled, but social ones could. And with that, a bond was broken, and four new ones were forged.

Let's look at the links of each.

1. Bodi - He reminds me of Obama. In addition to sharing a need to sue their barbers, relief fueled both of their rises to popularity. Dubya and Jasi were such abominations that an ovation would be given to anyone who simply wasn't them. In the first week, Bodi churned out 3-4 of the most popular blogs WoM has ever had. A testament to his superb writing? Maybe. His most recent one got about a third as many +Likes.

The sighs of relief are barely audible now. To begin, there's a reason why Shaman have traditionally been the red-headed step child of the game. Stop writing about them. More pizza for the whole family to enjoy, less dumplings dipped in wasabi. Second, be casual. You're writing for a blog about a role playing game, not a dissertation on the merits of Post-Modernism.

In short, our Jungle Fever is almost gone. You began well, but now, you need to step it up.

Overall Grade: B+

2. Anna - It appears Ming didn't learn much from his days in New York. You hire the big-titted, foreign chick as your receptionist, not your partner. Not only has the demand for news from across the pond dried up, but she can't deliver news either - at least not in English.

I have an inkling that she's already been politely let go - see her unexpected "hiatus" - but if not, I would urge Ming to do so.

Overall Grade: D

3. Azael - He is what Serennia once was: a source of insight into the competitive side of the game. His analysis is consistently solid and accessible. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to shorten his entries for the blogosphere by about 25%.

Overall Grade: A+

4. Zilea - His name surely provokes the ire of cats all around the world, but so far, he's been a good read. I question, however, if he'll be able to keep it up once the tournament season slows.

Overall Grade : A

In general, puberty has been good to WoM. If the kiddies stay in school and out of drugs, it'll continue to be good.

Does anna ever write tho? I liked that ones Ive read from her and who has more potential to dig up drama? She's got the contacts (and a ******, helps alot). I really think that this is a great addition on paper, she just needs to get comfortable.

Yeah bodi started off well but if this is how his entries are gonna be like id rather have roma. by FAR. The irony of bodi is ridiculous. Smart words to say really dumb things. And describing games play by play on what sounds like 1600's?

Azael is truly awesome in every way, hopefully he doesnt write too often tho, Id prefer him to write only when he has important things to say about the game, basically high quality stuff.

Zilea I felt was completely unnecessary and I find him vastly overrated.

The question is whats gonna happen to serennia really.

I'd have to say this is true about Zilea and Serennia as well. Ming appears to be the only one that can maintain some form of consistency (even if it's not a 'great' consistency).

I actually lol'd at the Bodi Obama comparison.

I prefer several of those writers over Ming, tbh, though I agree with all of your analysis.

Ming's opinions are constantly colored by his class, typical of someone who's only mained 1 class for years. He should get out and experience the rest of the game, see why rogues aren't underpowered and classes that counter rogues aren't "OMG OP."

The Naruto crap is love it/hate it I guess. Personally I don't like it, but it's a big part of WoM's fame.

Serennia is widely hated by the GR community (though the silent part of the WoM community seems to like him), but at least he has a better idea of what would make the game balanced than Ming does.

Only issue is Jasi gets kicked and Serennia takes his spot on WoW bashing. Besides that its not a bad blog.

Bodi: non serious posts are good, serious posts to attempt to make him look like a serious gamer are fail, his latest blog post was awful.

aNNa: Doesn't carry over well into english market

Azael: No complaints - Great

Zilea: Also no complains, post on regionals was great.

Serrinizombie: Terrible ever since new WoM hit, PVE blogs and irrelevant crap, whats next penismyforte vids?

Ming: Getting older and less enthusiastic

Your comments remind me of why I put the quote in my profile. Misunderstood, indeed.
