I hate exams >_

So, I took a sabbatical from WoW for 2 months whilst I kicked up a gear on revision for upcoming A2 exams. I'm on A B B from my AS + retakes and hopefully I can hold onto those grades or improve them.

Anyway, this little "breather" from WoW is doing me no good. Whenever I'm on the PC, I end up staring at a blank screen for 5 minutes about to click on WoW.exe and then remember that my account is frozen.
After about a week of this I thought "**** this. I need to game, but not game too much."

Then today rolls along and there was a paintball party for a friend's 18th (he wasn't a big fan of big parties at night then cleaning after ppl being sick and whatnot). Great bit of fun, apart from the time I completely stacked it while running for cover at the beginning of a CTF round... it was not nice being face down in mud, with the smelly stuff oozing through your visors and slits on the side, then getting shot in the back of the head while trying to clean my damn visor >

The group of us ended up at the birthday boy's house for pizza and drinks and a go on his 360, and inevitably, as you do with such a nerdy group, the focus of the conversation turns to games. During some chat about Condemned 2 and some mannequin level, I kinda blanked off and started to think about games that I could pick up right now and drop whenever I want (which is going to be either A) when I need to revise or B) when exams are over).
I hit on C&C3 (but no multiplayer cos the friend I nicked it off is using code), continuing FFXII and/or PES 08, or just drool at the screen on the yet-to-be-released SCII. They really didn't seem the best games around, so...

Does anyone have any good games that is easy to pick up and easy to put down?
PS2 preferred but I don't mind the PC (as long as my dad isn't hogging it for his damn turtling GDI tank games)
