This exact thing happend with AoC. If youw ant preorder keys your best bet is to just head to your local gamestop/video game retailer and just preorder the game there.

Except you can go in and ask if they have any preorder keys left prior to purchasing.

Go to your media library on amazon and then over to the downloads tab and the codes should be there.
If they are not there then I don't know what to tell you. That is how they did mine for my CE preorder.

Ordered from there 9 days ago online, still hadnt gotten anything as of today at noon. I emailed them a couple times about it through customer support and got 0 responses, not even something canned. Canceled today, picked up pre order at local store instead - probably your best bet, or try one of the other online vendors.

keep e-mailing them I would say. I had to ***** at EA for about 2 months and I got my keys finally over the weekend.

Did you end up getting your keys? Need to find a site to buy it thru and have keys sent so I can play the 16th. Was wondering if amazon would still work.
