Well I woke up at 10 PST today and the realms are finally down. I actually thought they'd be up until maintenance today the way things were going. Here's my story of how the CGS handled the end of this tourney:

So where to begin......  Perhaps with only 2 qualifying spots on the line, a guaranteed $6500 for last place at the live event and a top prize of $25000 (more than 2 MLG events worth).

You'd think that with a gauranteed $6000 prize and trip to LA for a top 2 spot, a chance to win 25k, and free and open registration, the CGS 3v3 tournament wouldn't be...well...so goddamn dead.

Instead of airing merely on Direct TV and the internets, the CGS will be making the move to prime time cable TV.

So it’s been almost 2 days since I went and saw FRAG, but it took me until now to get my impressions up. First off I was surprised by the attendance numbers of the film. I would guess 75-100 people were there, and only about 1/4 of them were really what I could tell were "traditional" fans versus random movie goers. Conversation overhead before the movie:
