Interesting concept but, really you could write this:
a) in better format
b) in fewer words - so many words and so little was said

I think whole e-sport is a paradox:
you play games to have a break from work->
games are fun and you want to play more->
more you play more you want to play competitively->
you play everyday to be the best->
game becomes work (playing everyday for several hours)->
you want to have break from work-> ... ... ... .. .
