For some reason, I feel genuinely annoyed reading comments in this blog post. I guess the combination of "omg girl, I hate them, they get attention I deserve" and "omg girl, I love them, maybe if I give them attention they'll like me" are just too rampant. Seriously, can people realize women make up half the population and are not some rare mystical objects to be scorned or loved if you don't even know them. You could probably just make a blog with "I am a girl", post a picture, and get 200 comments on here. Or anywhere.
Also, I swear I can't click any topic without seeing Inactive's "counter comp dodge cry cry" kind of posts. Hey, welcome to WoW, it was like this from day 1, and the only reason it ever seemed any different was because people hadn't had the time and experience to analyze every kind of situation. Even in the "fair" mirror matches, the game is built so much around the dreaded RNG that you really can't judge the fairness of any match. Perhaps if you play a 101 game series you can find out which team is better, and by better, I mean better in a mirror match, which has nothing to do with if they play better against non-mirror matches or not. Ultimately not telling you which team is better as a whole.
Just because the game isn't fair, or balanced, doesn't mean it's not fun. Stop being obsessed about "skill", e-peen, and e-fame and try playing a game for what it is - a game. This isn't professional sports, this isn't your career, and it's ridiculous people treat WoW like it should be chess. But wait who has the advantage, white or black!!?!? Chess obviously isn't balanced! Inactive, it sounds like you only have fun in this game if you believe you can prove your "skill". Is proving you're better at a game than others the only way you have fun?

He's 16, isn't he? Â My mother did things like that back when I was that age, what's wrong with it? Â Are you jealous he has a kind mother? Â Did yours not treat you well enough?

This is a pretty bad blog entry. No examples of the "bad officiating" or bad calls. It went both ways. The lakers were fundamentally outplayed tonight. I'm not a fan of either team (although I'll say I don't like the Lakers). The officiating was perfectly fine.
You know the very worst type of NBA Fan? The boxscore warrior. The one that looks at free throws and goes "wow, must be poorly officiated!", nope. Lakers are a poor defensive team and foul to make up for their bad plays. The celtics play tough, physical defense, and in the history of the NBA, tough, physical defense gets a pass, just making bad, hack fouls to save yourself does not. Is this your first season as an NBA fan?
Leon Powe drove aggressively to the hoop, over and over, ready to dunk/lay it in, and got hacked. There wasn't a SINGLE time he didn't deserve to go to the line. I can specifically point out a few bad calls that went in the Lakers favor.
Also, Boston won 2 of their 3 games in Detroit. Only three teams have ever come back from down 2-0 in a series. Your conspiracy theory is nonsense and ensures me you don't have a long, deep appreciation of officiating from the 1980s until now, especially in the playoffs. Maybe if the Lakers don't hack, and don't settle for jumpshots, they'll get to the line more often.

1) You're a complete idiot and should quit the game if you don't think Aspiration is a great druid and Arete plays rogue pretty much as well as anyone out there.
2) PvE gear is pretty much required to do this. Â Arena strats exclusive to raiders is what helps ruin the so called "sport" environment. Â I'd love to see the raiders wear full PvP gear and not a single piece of raid gear in every match they play. Â Kind of like they'd have to in a tournament.
3) Even when a warrior puts on a shield, they can lose the mana war, Arete's spec isn't built around blowing something up, so many clueless people are thinking the rogue will just become gimp after X time, no, the 10-15% mitigation by the shield is accompanied by just a large of a DPS decrease. Â
I do think druid/warrior still has the edge over druid/rogue, but against any other healer/warrior matchup, druid/rogue can win by simply sitting on the warrior.  If you play pally/warrior, shaman/warrior, or priest/warrior and don' t think so, try playing against a great druid/rogue team with PvE gear and you'll see that you thought wrong.
Btw, stop hyping Bloodlust 2v2 like it means anything, take a look at Jesster, 9th in Bloodlust in season 2 2v2, Aspiration is without any question a harder druid to face than Jesster, coming from someone that has played both of them and managed to beat Jesster much easier.

I would like to see you play against Arete and Aspiration on a test realm or something if you really think it's as easy as you say.
