Killzone2 is easily the best shooter I've played to this date.  I've played my share of PC shooters, but I started with console shooters and that's what I prefer.  I haven't finished campaign yet (it's actually hard on veteran), but I have logged over 30 hours in multiplayer and I don't regret it one bit.  The biggest gripe I have is the game selection online.  You can't tell if a game has auto-balance on (which means you can only play with friends if you're lucky and get on the same side) or if other options are enabled while in the lobby.  Also, the lack of games appearing full or having room and not actually being full.

I'm a big buff for realism and I love how the controls feel for Killzone2.  At first I wasn't sure how I'd like it since I never played the beta or demo, but I'm glad they did it this way.  It wouldn't have felt so good if it had smooth controls like Resistance 2.
