This has serious potential to get me back. I was gonna come back just for the story and then probably quit again like always because at the core it was still the same game. But with changes such as these and patch 3.3, things are looking good.

 

Haha I remember being one of like 10 rogues on blackrock to have most of the bloodfang set complete when the tier 2 graphics were released (I had 7 pieces at the time). Walking through org was ridiculous.  

The value of loot is what kept most of us in the raiding game. The drama and emotions that came along with it actually helped somewhat...they made it more personal and involved. Not saying the current approach isn't better, just that the "evil" 40 man system had a few positives too.
