Personally, this is one of my favorite charities. I have already made a donation this year and run ads for it on a site of mine. Fantastic write up and I hope other read this and consider giving something this season.

You say I don't pay attention to the fact whilst saying that I believed it would be split amongst the 3 gamers and that I don't view the lawsuit as legal.Â
You sir, are lacking in observational skills yourself, but I forgive you.
If you read a bit closer it was my belief that the 5 million was going to anyone who joined the class action lawsuit. You are right in the fact that I missed the part of it being calculated to represent the individual loss of each gamer totaled. My apologies.
Your last point however is false. I did not say it wasn't necessary in the sense that I don't enjoy it. Could I live my life without XBL, yes. That answer is simple. Do I enjoy the benefits of XBL on a consistent basis so much that I subscribe to the service? Yes.
"While I am all for a company being responsible for providing you with a service that you actively pay for throughout the year."
"What I might agree with is a refund of 1 month of Xbox Live to each
gamer that joins the class action lawsuit, or what Microsoft has
already done: A free game from Xbox Live Arcade. Get real people, while
I am a gamer in every sense of the word, its things like this that give
us a bad name."
I know what the law states and I am fully for that. What I didn't agree with was what I thought to be an excessive lawsuit seeking unjust sums. I am all for getting your money for what you paid for and was not delivered.Â
